About BECSCALE
We built BECSCALE because great companies shouldn't be invisible.
BECSCALE exists around a simple observation: a company can be genuinely excellent at what it does and still lose opportunities - not because it was outsold, but because the buyer couldn't find enough information about it, couldn't understand what made it different, and couldn't find enough evidence to trust it.
Modern buyers investigate companies before they choose them. They search Google. They read the website. They look up the founder. They check LinkedIn. They look for reviews, third-party mentions, and content that proves the company knows what it's talking about. And increasingly, they ask AI systems who they should consider in the first place.
The companies that generate the most qualified inbound opportunities are increasingly the companies that are easiest to discover, understand, and trust.
That is what BECSCALE builds: the digital authority and visibility system that helps B2B companies become discoverable across Google and AI search - and turn that visibility into qualified inbound leads.
Why BECSCALE Exists
Companies invest heavily in getting attention: sales teams, outbound, paid advertising, events, referrals, partnerships, content, and SEO. Those investments create awareness. But there is another moment that happens right after awareness, and almost nobody owns it.
Research.
A buyer hears about a company. They get an email. They take a sales call. Someone refers them. They see an ad. Then they open a browser and search the company's name.
That research stage decides whether the buyer becomes more confident or less confident. Nothing else in the funnel changes; the buyer simply finds out what the internet has to say.
This is why the internet has effectively become part of the sales process. A company no longer controls the information a buyer uses to evaluate it. The buyer assembles their own picture from everything they can find - and they weigh independent sources more heavily than the company's own marketing.
What a company says about itself vs. what the internet says about it
Every company can write a strong homepage. Very few companies can show a coherent, credible picture across search results, third-party platforms, publications, communities, founder profiles, and AI answers.
When buyers can't find enough evidence to trust a company, the result isn't just lower visibility. It means fewer conversations, fewer qualified inbound leads, and ultimately fewer opportunities to win the deal.
That gap - between the claim and the evidence - is the entire reason BECSCALE exists. We close it so that when the right buyer starts looking, your company is there, the evidence is there, and there is a clear path from discovery to inquiry.
Meet Bahae

Before BECSCALE, Bahae built BEC Acquisition, an outbound acquisition company built around client acquisition infrastructure for B2B companies. The work was direct: help B2B companies generate qualified opportunities by connecting them with decision-makers who were ready to buy.
BEC Acquisition worked with 17 clients across different industries and generated over $3.8M in qualified deal flow for those clients.
That experience produced an observation that eventually became a company. Creating qualified opportunities worked. The clients often had strong businesses and capable sales teams. But in a number of cases, the sales process itself wasn't the problem.
The buyer would have a good conversation with the company - and then go research it afterwards. And sometimes there was almost nothing to find. A basic website. A LinkedIn page. Maybe a directory listing that said something close to:
"Manufacturing company in San Diego."
The company might have been excellent. Its digital presence simply didn't communicate any of that excellence. The buyer had no way of confirming what the sales call had told them.
Getting the opportunity is only one part of acquisition. The company also has to hold up when the buyer investigates it.
That realization led to the next question: how do you make the right buyers discover the company in the first place - and give them enough confidence to raise their hand? BECSCALE was built to answer that question.
From Creating Opportunities to Becoming the Obvious Choice
BEC Acquisition focused on creating qualified opportunities. BECSCALE focuses on building the visibility and authority that creates qualified inbound opportunities.
That shift led to a broader question:
What actually makes one company easier to choose than another?
The companies that consistently create confidence tend to have one thing in common: evidence surrounds them.
- Their website clearly explains what they do and who they do it for.
- Their content demonstrates real expertise rather than restating the obvious.
- Their founder has a visible, credible presence.
- Their company appears across relevant third-party websites.
- They have reviews and complete, accurate profiles.
- Publications and communities mention them.
- Their content answers the questions buyers are actually asking.
- Search engines can clearly understand what they specialize in.
- AI systems can find enough information to understand who they are, what they do, who they serve, and when they're relevant.
That combination - discoverable, understandable, and credible - is what turns a company into a source of qualified inbound leads. And that combination is what BECSCALE was built to create deliberately, instead of by accident.
The Buyer Doesn't Stop at Your Website
A modern B2B purchase moves through a predictable progression:
Awareness -> Research -> Evaluation -> Trust -> Decision -> Inquiry
Most marketing focuses heavily on creating awareness. Buyers, meanwhile, spend much of the decision process researching and evaluating companies themselves.
For a B2B company, that research can involve:
- Google search results
- The company website
- The founder's website and personal profiles
- LinkedIn and X
- Review platforms and directories
- Industry publications
- Podcasts and interviews
- Reddit, Quora, and private communities
- Comparison and alternative pages
- Case studies and proof
- AI systems such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity
Every one of those surfaces contributes to the buyer's perception, and each one is either helping or quietly costing you deals. Each touchpoint can influence whether a buyer moves closer to contacting you - or moves on to someone else.
Your digital presence is part of your sales process whether you designed it that way or not.
Our Philosophy
01 - Visibility is not enough
Being seen is not the same as being chosen. Traffic, impressions, rankings, and mentions only matter when they contribute to a buyer discovering you at the right moment and leaving more confident than they arrived.
02 - Authority is built from evidence
Authority isn't a claim a company makes about itself. It's the accumulated evidence that supports the claim: demonstrated expertise, original content, case studies, reviews, third-party mentions, founder expertise, industry recognition, complete profiles, publications, community participation, and consistent information across the web.
03 - Buyers research before they trust
Buyers validate companies independently. Your website is one source of information in that process, not the entire picture, and it is the source they discount the most.
04 - Search and AI are becoming part of the buying process
Google and AI systems increasingly influence which companies a buyer discovers and considers before any conversation happens. That makes discovery a commercial function, not a marketing metric.
05 - We don't manipulate recommendations
We don't manipulate AI into recommending you. We build the authority that makes your company the obvious answer.
Our job is to build the underlying evidence and digital authority that allows search engines and AI systems to understand a company accurately. We don't control what any model says, and we don't pretend to.
Search Is Changing
Traditional search follows a familiar path:
Buyer searches -> Google returns results -> Buyer discovers companies -> Buyer researches -> Buyer contacts company
AI-assisted discovery works differently:
Buyer asks a question -> AI identifies relevant companies -> Buyer evaluates recommendations -> Buyer contacts company
The questions look like this:
- "Who are the best B2B SaaS agencies?"
- "Which company should I hire for this?"
- "What are the best alternatives to X?"
- "Who specializes in this?"
- "Which companies have experience with this?"
That creates a different kind of visibility. A company doesn't only want to rank for "B2B SaaS agency." It wants to be understood well enough that when a buyer asks a meaningful question inside its area of expertise, the company is one of the answers that can reasonably be given.
The goal isn't simply to appear in an AI answer or rank for a keyword. The goal is to be discovered by people who are actively looking for what you sell - and turn that discovery into qualified inbound demand.
SEO, GEO, and AEO
SEO - Search Engine Optimization: being discoverable through Google and traditional search.
GEO - Generative Engine Optimization: being visible inside AI-generated answers.
AEO - Answer Engine Optimization: structuring information so search engines and AI systems can use it to answer specific questions.
These are not three separate services. They are overlapping approaches inside one system with one progression:
Discovery -> Understanding -> Authority -> Recommendation
We break this system down step by step in how BECSCALE works.
Becoming the Obvious Choice
A company doesn't become the obvious choice through one channel. Several things have to be true at the same time.
Position
People need to understand exactly what the company does, who it serves, and what it should be known for.
Presence
The company needs a complete, coherent digital presence that tells one consistent story.
Content
The company needs useful information that answers the questions buyers are actually asking.
Proof
The company needs evidence that goes beyond its own claims.
Authority
That evidence needs to exist across relevant third-party sources, not only on the website.
Discovery
Search engines and AI systems need enough information to understand the company and recognise when it's relevant.
Trust
The buyer needs enough evidence to feel confident choosing the company.
Position -> Presence -> Content -> Proof -> Authority -> Discovery -> Trust -> Choice
Choice -> Inbound Lead -> Sales Opportunity -> Revenue
These aren't eight services on a menu. They're interconnected parts of one system, and weakness in any of them shows up as lost deals somewhere else.
Rankings, mentions, content, reviews, publications, and AI visibility are inputs. The business outcome is more of the right buyers discovering your company, trusting what they find, and taking the next step. That is what turns digital authority into inbound acquisition.
We Don't Sell Isolated Marketing Activities
BECSCALE is not simply:
- an SEO agency
- a content agency
- a PR agency
- a social media agency
- an AI visibility tool
BECSCALE builds the digital authority and visibility system around a company.
Depending on the company and the engagement, that system can include:
- Positioning
- Website optimization
- Search visibility
- AI visibility
- Content
- Founder positioning
- Social presence
- Third-party authority
- Reviews
- Directory presence
- Publications
- Communities
- Lead magnets
- Search-intent content
- Comparison pages
- Technical SEO
- Structured data
- Internal linking
- Indexation
- Monitoring and continuous optimization
What makes it a system is that the components feed each other. A content page supports search visibility. That same content becomes LinkedIn material. That material supports founder authority. The founder's authority makes third-party sources more likely to reference the company. Those references become part of the wider digital footprint. That footprint is what buyers, search engines, and AI systems use to understand the company.
The objective is not to produce activity. The objective is to build evidence.
The objective of that evidence is not visibility for visibility's sake. It is to create an environment where the right buyers can discover the company, understand its value, trust its credibility, and ultimately become qualified inbound leads. We build the system behind that inbound acquisition.
Who We Work With
BECSCALE is designed for B2B companies where:
- Buyers research before purchasing
- Trust materially affects the decision
- The sales cycle involves genuine consideration
- The company has meaningful differentiation
- Search can influence discovery
- Reputation and authority matter
- A single customer carries significant economic value
In practice, that often includes:
- B2B SaaS
- Technology companies
- Agencies
- Consultants
- Professional services firms
- B2B service companies
- Manufacturers and suppliers
- Specialized firms with deep expertise
We are especially suited to companies where a single qualified inbound lead can be worth significant revenue, making long-term visibility and authority economically valuable.
This isn't a universal fit, and we don't pretend it is. The methodology works when a buyer's decision is worth researching.
When This Isn't the Right Strategy
There are situations where this approach isn't the best use of a company's money:
- Businesses with almost no existing search demand
- Extremely low-consideration purchases
- Businesses where buyers rarely research providers before buying
- Companies unwilling to share expertise, proof, or access to information
- Companies that need results this month from an organic channel
Saying that plainly isn't a weakness in the methodology. It's the difference between knowing where a system works and selling it to everyone.
The BECSCALE Belief
The goal isn't to make your company look bigger than it is. The goal is to make the internet accurately reflect how good your company actually is.
If a company is genuinely excellent - if it solves the problem better than the alternatives, if the clients are happy, if the expertise is real - then the work is not invention. The work is making that excellence discoverable, understandable, and verifiable by anyone who goes looking.
When the right evidence exists across the places buyers and AI systems look, great companies become easier to discover, easier to trust, and easier to choose. And when more of the right buyers choose to raise their hand, visibility becomes a source of qualified inbound leads.
Great companies shouldn't be invisible.
Turn search and AI discovery into an acquisition channel.
We work with B2B companies that want to turn Google and AI search into a reliable source of qualified inbound leads. On the call we'll look at how your company is currently discovered, what buyers find when they research you, where you're losing visibility and trust, and what we'd build to turn search and AI discovery into a stronger acquisition channel.
Prefer to keep reading? Questions before the call covers how the work is structured.
